1/6/11 - Days 5&6

No, I didn't fail yesterday. I just ran out of time and didn't have time to blog. It has officially been 1 week since I have eaten out. My "Last Supper" was with Neil at Firebirds, where we used a gift certificate given to us by a special friend. It was the perfect last meal. I had my favorite - buffalo meatloaf with mushroom gravy, parmesean mashed potatoes, and pecan spiced green beans...mmmmmmmmm!  I digress thinking of delicious food.....

It has been a very successful week for several reasons:
1) I have not eating a single bite of food from a restaurant
2) I have planned better meals, fixed our lunches every day, and overall eaten healthier. I have eaten more fruits and vegetables that I ever do!
3) I have exercised 3 times this week, which is more than I have done in the past few months.
4) I have lost 2.6 pounds as of this morning!

So, I am well on my way to my goal, and I thank all of you for your support as you let me humiliate myself in public! :-)
